This policy applies to our website, the Lundryzz Customer App, the Lundryzz Store App, and the Lundryzz Driver App.

• Store Employees: Login credentials, employee ID, and internal activity logs.

Our apps require location data to provide a seamless laundry experience. Our handling of location data varies by app type:

Store App	Always Allow	Internal Use Only: To ensure that the application is only accessible within authorized branch premises for security and operational integrity.

3. Payment Processing

Lundryzz does not store your credit/debit card details on our servers. All financial transactions are processed through secured third-party payment gateways:

• Stripe: Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• PayPal: Subject to PayPal’s Privacy Policy.

4. Data Hosting and Cross-Border Transfers

In accordance with UAE PDPL, we inform you that your data is hosted on secure servers located in India, managed by our technology partner, IA Webtech. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data outside the UAE under strict security protocols to ensure your information remains protected.

5. How We Use Your Data

• To process laundry orders, pickups, and deliveries.
• To facilitate internal branch management and reporting.
• To send service-related notifications (order status, driver arrival).
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

6. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Lundryzz is currently in its growth phase. In compliance with the UAE Data Protection Law, we will formally appoint a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) once our active user base reaches 10,000+ individuals. In the interim, all data privacy inquiries are handled directly by our management team.

7. Your Rights

Under the UAE PDPL, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request the correction or update of inaccurate data.
• Request the deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
